AfterSalesTools is a software solution for the Web based on Microsoft technology: MS Windows Operating System, MS IIS Web Server, DBMS (Data Base Management System) SQL Server, MS .NET server-side scripting
Frontend technologies: Ajax, JSON, Jquery, Bootstrap
Virtualization is implemented in the VMWARE environment
The Apps are developed in a ‘native’ environment (Objective C for iOS / Apple and Java for Android / Google)
The Data Bases stay on the Web Server: the data in SQL Server and the Documents / Files are organized within the File System.
The connections with the Company Information Systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, CAD systems) are granted by different methods and technologies:
- timed or occasional files exchange
- boundary tables
- web service
- custom technologies (eg SAP BAPI)
- third-party software (eg for exchanging documents / files or managing single-sign-on)
AfterSalesTools is already connected with SAP (different technologies), JDE / Oracle, Ms Dynamics, AS400, other custom systems.
The connections with the App are made through Web Services written and owned by TOPGRAF srl.
